Seller’s Agreement:
The seller’s agrees to furnish the buyer with the necessary
health information, including all shot and worming records. The buyer
understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with
the OBBA,ABKC, or NKC. The buyer has also been fully informed on how to go
about the process of all registrations. The buyer will receive a “Puppy Pack”
with their new pup that will include the pedigree of Sire and Dam, registration
papers, information on the breed, and training/housebreaking tips.
GBB’s Assessment of Buyer:
Each buyer will be asked some general questions before purchasing
a pup from GBB’s. This assessment is to ensure the buyer is aware of
this breed, and is ready for the responsibility of owning and raising a
bulldogge. This also aids GBB’s in making sure the pup is what the
buyer wants and fits their lifestyles.

GBB’s Puppy Guarantee
To be in good physical condition for the first 48 hours
after time of delivery. The buyer is required to have the puppy examined
by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery time, for a
complete physical examination. GBB’s must be notified immediately
of this examination. If a veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious
physical condition other than a bacterial infection such as coccida or
giardia which is common and easily treated. GBB’s reserves the
right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of GBB’s . if
the puppy is deamed nhealthy by licensed veterinarian, GBB’s will
replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable or better quality. If
the puppy is not examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after being
delivered, the above guarantee is voided. No money or replacements will
be awarded by GBB’s .
The puppy will be free of any inheritable disease that
causes death or serious impairment of vital functions in the puppy until
it is one year of age. If such an inheritable disease is documented by a
veterinarian, and to the seller, with sufficient supporting evidence, the
buyer will be entitled to a replacement puppy of comparable quality from
that litter or the next available litter. GBB’s reserves the right
to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of GBB’s . This
guarantee does not cover what we consider normal problems in the Bulldogge
breed or problems beyond our control: Cherry eye, Entroian (eye lids that
turn in and irritate the eye), loose lips, or skin allergies such as
localized Demodectic Mange.
GBB’s does not breed dogs
with such undesirable conditions, however we cannot guarantee that previous generations
did not have these conditions in their blood lines. This guarantee is voided
if the dog has been bred, altered, transferred, or euthanized without GBB’s
written permission.
All GBB’s puppies are
raised and socialized in a manner that maximizes the potential of
their temperament. The buyer understands and agrees that further
instruction, obedience classes, and efforts must be made to ensure the
continued development of proper behavior.
Before the puppy leaves GBB’s ,
he/she will have received at least 2 vaccines, and wormed at least three
times. No replacement will be offered in case of Parvo, Corona,
Distemper, or Kennel Cough. The puppy has received proper vaccinations
against theses diseases, and none of theses diseases have been present at
this kennel. Due to theses illnesses being highly contagious, GBB’s
recommends that puppy’s be kept in a controlled environment until they
have had their third vaccination. (no pet stores, or exposure to unknown
animals). GBB’s has also started the puppy on monthly flea and
tick control at the age of 6 weeks. Again the puppy should be seen by a
licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of leaving GBB’s kennel.
Each puppy will come with a Canine Health Record indicating date of
vaccinations, flea/tick control, and worming regimen.

THE BUYER AGREES:
1.
To send a non-refundable minimum deposit of $300 (deposit and payments
in cash, money orders, or cashiers check only- NO Checks Please. If for any
reason you decide not to purchase your pup after the deposit is made, your
deposit can be used as value to any litter that GBB’s produces for the
next 2 years. If you do not purchase a puppy in that two year time, your deposit
will be donated to a dog charity of GBB’s choice. The remainder of the
payment for the puppy must be made on the day of picking the puppy up, by cash
only. GBB’s will start taking deposit’s on puppy’s when they are one
week old. Picks will not be chosen until the puppy’s are 4 weeks old. Puppy’s
will be chosen in the order that deposits are received. All puppy’s are
required to remain at GBB’s until they are 8 weeks of age. GBB’s
always has first choice of picks in litter.
2.
GBB’s reserves the right to refuse final sale of puppy for any
reason that we deem in the best interest of the puppy. In this situation all
moneys rendered for deposit will be refunded to buyer, and the puppy will
remain at GBB’s . If GBB’s is not able to contact buyer for pick
up of puppy for a two week time frame. Puppy will remain in the custody of GBB’s
and no refund of deposit will be rendered. Letter will be sent to buyer’s
address on file prior to this action being taken.
3.
If you decide that you can’t keep your puppy or adult dog after you have
purchased it, you have the option of returning the animal to GBB’s for
search of a good home, at no cost to you.
4.
The buyer has a responsibility to inform GBB’s of any condition
the puppy may develop later in life that may affect GBB’s future
generations of bulldogges. This serves as a safety net for our goal of
producing healthy family pet’s.
5.
This contract is only valid for the original buyer of the puppy, and is
not transferable.
6.
The buyer agrees to provide lots of love, proper nutrition, routine
veterinary care, and training to ensure puppy’s well rounded growth.
7.
GBB’s can assist with shipping arrangements, but can not be
responsible for pricing changes.
8.
All buyer’s are urged to spay/neuter their puppy before he/she is 6
months of age. GBB’s main goal is "Responsible Breeding" Breedings
should be done to better the breed. This requires careful thought and choices
of mates to ensure a litter that is intended to exceed structure, temperament,
and breed standard of Sire and Dam.
9.
At no time will GBB’s be responsible for defects/conditions
caused by buyers neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, mishandling or injuries to
the pup/adult dog caused by said conditions. Seller declines any liability in
the event of any accident involving the puppy or adult dog which is not limited
to dog bites or personal property damage.

10. A.
All buyer’s are required to use the prefix GBB’s when registering the
puppy or dog with any registry.
B.
Buyer agrees to give GBB’s first option of buying back
puppy/adult at original price, should they decide to sell the puppy/adult.
C. Buyer
will be required to e-mail pictures of puppy at least every three months, until
puppy is 18 months of age. Buyer will agree to pay GBB’s $100.00 for
every three months missed. Buyer agrees to pay GBB’s full court cost
and legal fees incurred, to sue for original cost of puppy $______________,
should this policy be violated.
11. There will
be no verbal agreements between the Buyer and Seller. All agreements will be
in writing. If the agreement is not in this contract, in writing, it does not
exist.
By signing this agreement, the
Buyer has read and fully understands his/her responsibility, and agrees to all
the above requirements mentioned. "GBB’s"
